Day 12 Saturday 29 April 2006
Meal 1 - 1 large oatmeal pancake, 1 small banana, 1 tbsp almond butter, drizzle maple syrup
Meal 2 - 1 cup whites, 1 yolk, 1 apple
Meal 3 - 2 slices rye bread, 1 tbsp almond butter
Meal 4 - 3 scoop whey
Meal 5 - 2 cups organic chilli con carne

AM HIIT cardio – 20 mins step mill random profile level 6-15 intervals

DB shoulder press 4x8 (5,6,7,8)
Skull crushers 4x8x10
DB incline curl 4x8 (4,5,6,6)
DB lateral raises 4x8 (4,4,5,5)

Calories - 1771
Protein - 150g 34%
Carbs - 175g 36%
Fat - 60g 30%
Fibre - 32g


Feel flat today, a bit hormonal. Bloated. Swallowed Glucorell and a heap of water. Had to work, could not concentrate so will be pressured again tomorrow. Training average, macros off though still within ranges.

I'm debating on wether I should get some Neurogenex to help with the scatterbrained lack of focus issues I'm having but I keep getting sidetracked and haven't ordered any. :freak:

Meal 2 - 1 cup whites, 1 yolk, 1 apple
Meal 3 - 4oz tuna, 1 tomato, 1 tbsp mayonnaise, 2 slices rye bread
Meal 4 - 1 apple
Meal 5 - 4oz chicken breast, 1 cup broccoli

No cardio

No weights

Calories - 1389
Protein - 154g 46%
Carbs - 108g 28%
Fat - 41g 26%
Fibre - 24g


I worked all day. Luckily it was raining outside and P was still too sick to do anything anyway. Mentally exhausted but hopefully I can get the budget submitted first thing tomorrow, pending review. So I missed the gym but honestly, work had to come first today.

Diet clean, still bloated (thanks Aunt Flo - or maybe it IS the pancakes :worried: ) Will miss training tomorrow too as the state where I live has a PH so reduced gym hours and I have to work. Damn, Monday already - it sucks when you work the weekend.
