I always weight my meats before it is cooked. Yesterday I was preparing my boneless, skinless chicken breasts. I cut them into about 5-6 oz(raw). I decided to weight the meat also after is cooked and it came out at about 4oz each.
Which sould I use to follow as a nutritional fact??? 4oz cooked or 5.5oz raw?
