    @stevesmi gave you a good recommendation on dosage. Magnesium is a mineral that most athletes are deficient in.

    Magnesium is definitely something we lack in our diets. A big difference is that the quality of soil is so poor from what it was years ago. We have to eat so many more veggies just to get the same amount as we used to.
