Losing weight without muscle

[FONT=&quot]so i want to loose weight, and I dont want to gain any muscle at all. Ill focus on that when i get rid of the fat and crap like that. Is pure cardio a good way to loose it or are weights also included?[/FONT]
 
Do you want to look like a distance runner or a sprinter? I would never recommend anyone skip weights unless they training for a lifetime of marathons. Even then weights can’t hurt

Loose - as my gf's fanny is loose
Lose - in I lost my mind
 
It is all about what you do in the kitchen. That is not to say skip exercises though.
 
  • Cut fewer calories
  • Perform total-body strength training
  • More from Tonic
  • Maintain or increase protein intake
  • Pay attention to carbs
  • Smith-Ryan explains that you don't need to go as low as the study did retain muscle mass while losing fat, though
  • Rethink pre-workout carbs and post-workout protein
  • Prioritize recovery
