Losing weight without muscle

Excerpt: so i want to loose weight, and I dont want to gain any muscle at all. Ill focus on that when i get rid of the fat and crap like that. Is pure cardio a good way to loose it or are weights also included?

    Losing weight without muscle

    so i want to loose weight, and I dont want to gain any muscle at all. Ill focus on that when i get rid of the fat and crap like that. Is pure cardio a good way to loose it or are weights also included?

    Do you want to look like a distance runner or a sprinter? I would never recommend anyone skip weights unless they training for a lifetime of marathons. Even then weights canít hurt

    you do not burn fat from exercise. that is the ruse out there

    Diet is the biggest key to fat loss. Cardio can help increase your defecit if the diet is there first

    It is all about what you do in the kitchen. That is not to say skip exercises though.

    • Cut fewer calories
    • Perform total-body strength training
    • More from Tonic
    • Maintain or increase protein intake
    • Pay attention to carbs
    • Smith-Ryan explains that you don't need to go as low as the study did retain muscle mass while losing fat, though
    • Rethink pre-workout carbs and post-workout protein
    • Prioritize recovery
