    Re: Losing excess skin

Keeping the weight off and plenty of time are the only things that will do it. If the amount of excess skin is extreme it may require cosmetic surgery.

crunches will not rehash those cells. the way you get rid of excess skin is either cosmetically as PON said or you do it the natural way by fasting to regenerate those cells and tighten that skin.

Crunches will not tighten up loose skin.

Elasticity in skin takes a long time to her back. Even longer the bigger you were previously and the older you are. Sometimes surgery is the only way to get rid of it

    Re: Losing excess skin

    • Exercise. Building muscle mass through weight training exercises can help decrease the appearance of loose skin, especially if the loose skin is from weight loss
    • Firming creams
    • Supplements
    • Lose more weight
    • Massage the area
    • Cosmetic procedures
