No AM workout - Baby Daisy had an 8am doctor appt this morning. Breakfast also on the run - did not plan very well and woke up late. :(

1c All Natural Applesauce (no sug added)

*Went to Pediatrician and went into work to get a few things done, ran around like a crazy woman when there - carry Baby Daisy, putting her down, picking her up, putting her down, repeat about 10x more

1 slice 2% American Cheese

12:30pm
1c Mac&Cheese - feeling *really* weird right now, spacy, out of it, hoping some carbs and a quick nap will help

*Napped with Baby Daisy, feel MUCH better

6:45pm Weights Back/Biceps
Cable Lat Pulldown

Rear Delt Flies (LF selectorized machine)

*Did abs on swiss ball between sets*

Little one doesn't eat applesauce! She hates anything apple-related. :)

You - cheese and applesauce for breakfast! :) It is usually a snack for me, but poor planning made it breakfast. No plans on getting on stage, so I am not worried about being super-duper strict or eliminating everything but chicken and beans!
 
NOPE. Not one tiny little bit.

That is what you get for training for a competition! Suck it up and put on your big girl panties. ;)

Maybe my lunch I added was more "sassy approved". ;)
 
*Triceps still sore from Tuesday's workout. :) I love it.
* Actually had a good back workout Thursday .... and I HATE training back.
* Have to wake up and do cardio in AM - having a hard time with waking up early. Once i go back to work, it is going to be worse. I think I need to start "training" myself to wake up earlier, so it isn't as hard. I love sleep. :(
 
LOL I'm sorry - after seeing all these chicken / oats / broccoli / egg whites etc. meal listings, there's string cheese & apple sauce - which also happen to be my nephews' favorite 'on the go food'. It just hit me funny... ;)
