30min HIIT Precor EFX 546 (done at home, better with the intervals, I am finding my ranges much quicker than I thought I would)

8:30am
3 Egg Whites, 2 Whole Eggs
1c Cream of Wheat made with 1/2c Skim Milk and 1/4c Water, Splenda
.5 banana (not planned, but I gave Baby Daisy half a banana with breakfast and I HATE that bananas don't keep! So I ate the other half in my CoW.)

10:45am
1c Yoplait Vanilla Light Yogurt
1/2c Kashi Go Lean Crunch Honey Almond Flax
Diet Pepsi

12:00pm
25min walk with Baby Daisy in the stroller

1:45pm
6oz Chicken Breast (increased this amount - to add more protein and more overall cals)
1c Stir Fry Mix
1tbsp Soy Sauce
1/4 c instant white rice

5oz Pork Tenderloin (no visible fat, grilled)
1c Kraft Mac & Cheese (made w skim milk, light butter-and half the amt)

When I don't want to eat an entire banana, I slice it up and freeze it. It's really good that way... kind of ice cream like! :p
 
Have they tested your thyroid with an ultrasound just to see if everything looks ok? That must be frustrated goiong from hypo to hyper.
