lifting same while eating clean ?

Hello.

In my last post on eating I forgot to ask this -

I have started to eat relly good, clean, & balanced. My question is:

Should I still lift the way I do ? Lifting Heavy that is ? will I still keep my muscle ? or gain even more on a clean diet ?

Your performance should certainly go up. Whether or not you get gains or lose muscle is dependant on several things.

All things being equal, I'd have to say likely YES.
 
To grow you just need to make sure you are eating enough (and recovering enough) to support the training. If you are exhausted all the time after training, you need to look at including more in your diet.
