Ladies need some advice anavar

Got someone ready to start there first cycle, running anavar only 8 weeks or so

5mg in am 5mg in pm

Im on point with mens dosages but womens I would like a little back up on this

10mg split daily enough? Trying to be side effect free but increase lean mass

No AAS is guaranteed side free in women, HAYEZ. No one can tell her exactly what blood level of a given androgen molecule will be sufficient to "turn on" some masculinizing physiological changes in various bodily tissues.

Voice changes, side burns, mustache, chin hair, forearm hair are probably the permanent ones most likely to occur at that dose with that drug.

Is the dosage irresponsible? No. Is the plan to split AM/PM to avoid spikes, but keep the levels effective? yes

Still a risk of sides though, brother.
