Lack of energy in heat

Excerpt: It has been hotter than hell here in Nashville and I am feeling it. I am zapped on energy. I do bootcamp and even basic push ups have been hard. During my period I might as well have spaghetti for arms. I eat a good amount of protein and I do a snack before bootcamp but I don't know how to keep energy in this heat. Anyone find anything?

    Lack of energy in heat

    It has been hotter than hell here in Nashville and I am feeling it. I am zapped on energy. I do bootcamp and even basic push ups have been hard. During my period I might as well have spaghetti for arms. I eat a good amount of protein and I do a snack before bootcamp but I don't know how to keep energy in this heat. Anyone find anything?

    consume melon and hydrate. pretty much the only things you can do

    there is a reason mother nature made melon season during summer

    it is very easy to get stroked if you over heat and do not hydrate enough!

    Probably not enough water or electrolytes. Possibly not enough carbs as well

    Make sure you are properly hydrated. Hydration salts.

    Train indoors in an air conditioned space.
