lack of appetite on clen

Hey guys I'm a 32 year old female and I have been on clen for a few weeks and it's suppressing my appetite very bad, is this a normal side from clen? I'm loosing too much weight I guess muscle mass too because I don't get hungry at all, should I stop it? thank you.

That is a very typical side effect of a stimulant being used as a fat burner. I would stop the clen regardless because I just hate the drug.

Steve mentions Cardarine which is great. There is also N2Slin from n2bm that stacks very nicely with it. Neither are stims nor do they effect appetite.

Clenbuterol is a stimulant and it's very common for stimulants to reduce/cut appetite in most people. Ever notice how you aren't hungry after drinking a cup of coffee?

Clen simply raises metabolism. It does not differentiate between muscle or fat. Clen might raise your metabolism an additional 100-200 calories per day. You could just easily do an extra 15 minutes of cardio. I have used clen in the past and I always felt it did more harm then good. It caused muscle cramps when I was training and it really negatively impacted my sleep.

There are better alternatives that directly increase fat loss, with no risk of loosing muscle mass and no side effects like insomnia or muscle cramps. Cardarine gw is going to be your best option. It directly increases fat loss, endurance and recovery. It is not a stimulant or a hormone and is pretty much void of side effects.

I haven't used clen myself in years and don't recommend it to my clients at all anymore. If they are trying to burn fat, I recommend cardarine and maybe a good nutrient partitioning supplement like n2slin from n2bm.com.

Since clenbuterol isn't a hormone, you can just stop taking it. You don't need to run a PCT or anything like that. I would slowly taper off your dosage and then use a different fat burner that won't effect appetite like cardarine/n2slin.
