Knee aches

My knees are terribly sore after my walks and after the weight training program.


I have this stuff called Tiger Balm and it rocks! Makes my knees feel better. The jar is small but it doesn't take much.


Just FYI for anyone else with soreness problems and have a solution ?
 
Sometimes on certain lifts like squats, form being slightly off can put lots of lateral pressure on your knees. Sometimes it's impact like running. It's best to address the root of the issue if you can, but I'm glad you found something that helps.
 
tiger balm gives me an allergic reaction so make sure you stop using it in that case

if you keep having to use any of these types of creams then take that as a red flag there is something very wrong with your workouts. the idea isn't to wreck the body when you workout. the idea is to train your body. those are 2 different things
