How do I go about getting my diet and body in a ketonic state? I have started to hear alot about this diet and was curious to know if you had any tips and or pointers that could help me out. I would love to burn fat as an energy source and I hear it helps with cellulite sounds like a dream come true. Any advice I would love!
 
When your body has no carbohydrates, it transitions into ketosis since the brain can only run on glucose or ketones for fuel.

To get into ketosis you need to remove all carbohydrates from your diet (besides fiber) OR simply stop eating and fast.
 
Cut carbs and sugars from your diet then your body will begin to burn fat as an energy source instead of glucose.
 
Any diet will work if you are consistent. Nothing wrong with keto but don't be afraid to try something else. No diet is superior in my opinion with regards to fat loss.
