Wake 10 am

M1 ~ 11am
4 egg whites, 1 egg yolk, 2 tblsp veggies
1/3 cup dry oatmeal, splenda, cinnamon, nutmeg
1 mug coffee, 2 tblsp FF French Vanilla Creamer

Workout
Walk to gym; Chest & Tris; Run 1 mile on indoor track; Walk home

M2 ~ 3pm
1 cup WW spaghetti, Shrimp/Mussels/Clams/Calamari Rings in tomato sauce

M3 ~ 7pm
Garlic Lime Chicken, "Twice Baked" Sweet Potato, Salad with 2 tblsp Newman's Own Light Balsamic Viniagrette Dressing
1 Reese's PB Cup (was able to resist hubby pushing the other packet on me)

Before Sleep ~ 10:30 pm
1 scoop Protein Powder, ~ 1 tsp. Flax Oil in water

Per Fitday: Cals 1778, 69g Fat (15g sat, 10g poly, 32g mono), 173g carb, 23g fiber, 117g protein

Hubby & I slept late today so didn't get up till 10 or 10:30, were going to go out to breakfast so went out for lunch instead....

M1 ~ 12:00
"Fajita Burrito" (burrito not fried) Had steak & veggies inside, asked for no cheese, green sauce; rice on the side; 4 "nacho with cheese" chips; Diet Pepsi

~ 3:30pm
Walk to gym, Leg Day!!, Elliptical 20 mins; walk home

M2 ~ 6:00 pm
Part of a protein shake
Chili (Velvett's recipe :p ); Couple spoonfuls of guacamole; Salad with 2 tblsp. Newmans Light Balsamic Viniagrette Dressing; Calcium Chew

**Waited waaayyy too long between meals today, but wasn't hungry....

*** Spent the evening putting together a closet kit. Frustrating!!! :evil:
Drank 1/2 a Michelob Ultra

M3 10:00 pm
1 egg yolk, 4 egg whites, 1 1/4 oz Gimme Lean, spoonful of chopped peppers, 4 asparagus spears, 1 tsp. olive oil -- cooked into an omelet

Cals: 1378, 58g fat (16g sat, 6g poly, 24g mono), 20g fiber, 112g carb, 93g protein

1 glass (2 servings) Crystal Light Sunrise
Chicken omelette: 1 egg yolk, 4 egg whites, 2 5/8 oz leftover cooked chicken, asparagus, peppers, 1 tsp olive oil in pan for cooking

Housework: Putting things away, up & down the stairs.....

M2 ~ 1:15 pm
3 oz tuna, 1 tblsp 2% mayo, 1 tsp. Olive Oil, little bit of bel pepper & tomato, 2 slices pickle, 2 slices Arnold Low Carb WW Bread, 1 slice FF cheese, Diet Pepsi, Calcium Chew

M3 ~ 3:30pm
1 slice Arnold Low Carb Bread, 2 oz Healthy Choice Turkey Breast, Mustard, 1 slice FF cheese

4:30 pm Workout: BIG walk -- 1 hr 30 mins

M4 ~ 7:00 pm
Salad: Lettuce, 3 small strip carrot, 1 med. radish, asparagus tips, 2 tblsp. Newman's Own Balsamic Light Viniagrette
Shrimp Scampi (see my recipe in the Recipe Thread!!)
Spaghetti Squash
1 glass (8oz) red wine

*****sigh***** 1 brownie; box mix made with applesauce, 2 eggs & water; Hubby just HAD to have them & I couldn't resist 1.... :rolleyes:

Yikes!! I weighed myself this afternoon (on the Evil Tanita scale)..... 150.... :worried:

2/3 cup cooked brown rice, peppers & asparagus, 8oz chicken breast cooked in Garlic-Ranchero sauce
1 glass Soda with Splenda Yum!!
Calcium chew

M3 5:00 pm
Flax oil ~ 2 tsp + 1 scoop ON Protein Powder

Workout: 5:15 -- walk to gym ~ 30 mins; Delts & Abs; Run 1 mile -- 9 laps on inside gym track, 1 lap warmup, 3 laps cooldown; Walk home ~ 30 mins

M4 8:00 pm
5 oz steak; 1/2 whole balsamic-carmelized onion; ~ 1.5 cups Bird's Eye Gourmet Baby Potato Veggie Mix combo
Brownie

Cals: 1915, 70g fat (13g sat, 15g poly, 30g mono), 162g carb, 19g fiber, 165g protein.....

Can I recommend trying the Arnold Multigrain Bread? It's not low carb, but it has such a great taste.

I'll look for it next time......sounds good..... I got this at Costco cuz I needed bread, saw it, decided to get it....
 
there s wheat bread now that has 5 grams of usable carbs and SEVEN protein grams per slice...
