    Doesn't look like I'm gonna make it to the gym again today..... They close at 2pm & it's after 1 now....

    Hubby & I got into a fight last nite.... I'm kinda upset today.....

    Wake 10 am -- Slept in!! Slept hard & needed it! Feeling a lot better, 'cept I still have this dang post-nasal drip.

    M1 ~ 11:00 am

    Went (drove) to the gym by myself to catch up on the weight workouts I missed Thurs, Fri & Sat
    Delts, Abs, Back, Biceps
    Elliptical 20 mins

    M 1 1/2 2:30 pm
    1 scoop ON Protein Powder

    M2 4:00 pm
    1 Boboli mini pizza with 4oz chicken, BBQ sauce, shredded Parmesan cheese, red onions
    2 Michelob Ultras

    M3 ~ 8pm
    5 oz pork in 1/2 Carb Countdown wrap with diced onion & peppers

    M4 10:30pm
    1.75 oz Peanuts -- Hungry!!

    Totals for today: 2079, 70g fat (16g sat, 14g poly, 23g mono), 158g carb , 24g fiber, 171g protein

    1.5 cups coffee, ~ 3tblsp. FF 1/2 & 1/2 (didn't finish my 2nd cuppa )
    5 egg whites, 1 yolk, drizzle catsup, 1 tblsp SF jelly, 1 English Muffin

    M2 12:00 noon
    1/2 Flatout Carbdown flatbread, ~ 3/4 cup shredded chicken breast, bit of onion & peppers

    M3 3:30 or 4:00 pm-ish
    1/2 cup skim milk, 1 scoop Protein Powder

    Walk to & from the gym (Brrr!! It was darn cold!!)
    Legs -- Hit em hard!! I'll be sore tomorrow!!

    M4 6:30 pm
    1 Turkey Burger, 1 slice FF cheese, 2/3 cup Vegetarian Baked Beans, 6 slices pickle
    1 Michelob Ultra

    M5 9pm -ish
    8oz glass wine
    cheese & crackers

    Cals: 1532, 30G Fat (12g sat, 2g poly, 7g mono), 126g carb , 15g fiber, 136g protein
