3 7/8 oz tuna, 1/2 Carbdown Flatbread, 2 tblsp cheese, 1 tblsp wasabi mayo, 3 slices tomato

Had to have some chocolate -- 1 serving Jello FF Instant Chocolate Fudge Pudding

Over a few hours in the afternoon -- 1 Diet Pepsi, some peanuts (didn't measure -- about half of one of those 2 for $1 bags)

Tacos with chicken, veggies, cheese....

Finished off the night with:
1 scoop protein powder, Flax Oil, water, 1/4 cup skim milk

Totals: 1851 cals, 80g fat (17g sat, 16g poly, 26g mono), 109g carb, 21g fiber, 146g protein

Felt nauseated this morning -- the thought of food = :worried:

Wawa: 1 cup (20 oz) coffee, Splenda, Skim milk, ~ 2 oz. FF French Vanilla Cappucino

M1 12:30pm
5 oz chicken breast, Large salad, 2 tblsp. cheese, 2 tblsp Newman's Own Light Balsamic Viniagrette

Chocolate pudding (1/4 of package, 1/2 cup skim milk)

Well, my, errr "friend" also showed up today..... :rolleyes: I think that's why I felt nauseated....

Anyway, didn't go to the gym Wed. or Thurs -- may go tonite, not sure....

Rest of the nite is considered a waste:
Went out to eat (well at least we walked there) & had 4 Cosmo Blanco Martini's, pork dumplings (4), Ahi Tuna & Soba Noodles + Crab/Tomato soup -- all appetizer sized portions...
