Damnation & Hellfire!! I woke up not feeling all that great and it's getting worse!! Ugh!! I hate being sick!! Grrrrrrrrrr

January 11

M1 ~9am
2 cups coffee, 4 tblsp FF 1/2 & 1/2
4 egg white, 1 egg yolk, drizzle olive oil in pan, ~ 1/2 oz Jack cheese, drizzle ketchup
1/3 cup dry oats made with water, Cinnamon, Splenda, Nutmeg, ~ 1 tsp Flax Oil
1 glass Crystal Light Sunrise, water

M2 12:00 noon
2/3 cup brown rice, 8 slices yellow squash
~ 1 cup + Chicken Verde (due to the sauce, I logged the chicken in as 1 cup shredded into fitday)
1 glass Crystal Light Lemonade

M3 3:00pm
2 slice Arnold Low Carb Bread, 3oz pork loin, mustard

~ 5pm
Run/Walk combo -- outside approx. 45 mins

M4 6:30 pm
4 oz chicken; large salad: lettuce, onion slices, grape tomatoes, sweet peppers, carrot, 2 tblsp Newman's Light Balsamic Viniagrette

8pm -- 1 mug/packet Diet hot chocolate with 1 tblsp FF half N half

M5 10:30 pm
1 scoop ON protein powder, ~ 1 tsp flax oil

Totals: Cals 1527; Fat 47g fat (12g sat, 11g poly, 15g mono); 104g carb, 16g fiber, 170g protein

Couldn't sleep -- woke up around 4am -- feel like crap & feel like I've gotten hit by a truck which then backed up..... :worried:

I think today may be a rest day.....

1 scoop ON protein powder, 1 tsp flax oil

** No appetite, don't feel like eating, thought of eggs = blech!

M3 1:00 pm
1 Multi-grain roll, 40z pork loin, BBQ sauce

~ 5:30 pm
~ 1 ounce of peanuts....

Totals: (guessing) 1671 cals, 75g fat (16g sat, 16g poly, 29g mono), 139g carb, 20g fiber, 123g protein

That sucks...I hope you feel better soon. Perhaps it would do your body well to take a day or two off from dieting and working out.

Still sick....

M1 ~ 8:30 am
2 Slices Arnold Low Carb Bread, 2 tblsp ANPB, 1 tblsp SF jelly
1 glass Crystal Light Sunrise Orange

9:45 am
4 egg whites + 1 yolk, drizzle ketchup

M2 12:00
3 7/8 oz tuna, 1/2 Carbdown Flatbread, 2 tblsp cheese, 1 tblsp wasabi mayo, 3 slices tomato

Had to have some chocolate -- 1 serving Jello FF Instant Chocolate Fudge Pudding

Over a few hours in the afternoon -- 1 Diet Pepsi, some peanuts (didn't measure -- about half of one of those 2 for $1 bags)
