1 Buffalo Burger patty (YUM! :p ), 1 slice FF cheese, 2 slice Vlasic Stacker pickles, mustard, ketchup, 2 7/8 oz Sweet Potato Fries
1 glass Waist Watcher Soda (it's made with Splenda)

NOTICE: I am starving today!!

M3 2:30pm Had to eat cuz I was starving to death!!
3 5/8 oz leftover steak; leftover carmelized onion; bell pepper, 1 tsp olive oil
1/2 CarbOut Flatbread

~ 4:30 pm: 1 PB sandwich cracker

M4 ~6:30 pm
1 cup take-out rice
Chicken/Shrimp/Pork + Veggie Combo
~ 1/2 Glass Crystal Light Lemonade
Brownie

Another Quart Water -- That's 3 for today!!

Workout (so to speak): Walk for take out ~ 1.5 hour

For today: (approx.) 1927 cals, 48g fat (15g sat, 4g poly, 12g mono), 229g carbs :worried: , 35g fiber :verygood: , 163g protein :verygood:

January 6 cont'd

Just measured my giant Quiznos plastic cup: 1 quart of water!!

So far today: 2 Quizno's cups of water, 2 cups coffee, 1 Diet Pepsi, 1 glass Splenda soda, 1 Glass Crystal Light Sunrise..... whew!!

Oh, and I'm hungry again! LOL

Today will be a rest day, except for walking to get take out.....

Edit: 3 Quizno's cups now.... my teeth are floating!

OK, today wasn't that great of a day.....

8am M1

1 egg yolk, 5 egg whites, dash of ketchup, 2 pieces Low Carb Toast, 2 tblsp SF jelly, 2 cup coffee, 4 tblsp FF Half N Half

Dentist.... :worried: GD cavity!! Grrrrrrr!!!!!!!!

Errands

M2 ~ 1 pm

1 12" Subway Turkey Sub, No cheese, on wheat

Gym: Back & Biceps........ no CV, my knee was hurting (story: fell while skiing in Dec. so I think I strained my MCL -- if it hurts, no CV)

BUT: Walked to Subway, then walked to gym, walked home...long way...

THEN: 3 Vodka Tonics made with Diet Tonic Water (0/0/0) cheese & RF Wheat Thins....
 
Sat January 8

Woke up hungry & dehydrated...

No gym today -- house cleaning day

4.375 oz steak, 2 whole eggs + 2 whites, ketchup, potatoes

Starting to feel a little better.... was feeling sick.... Benefit: Hubby is cleaning the upstairs! Yay!

M4 ~ 7pm
4oz roasted pork loin; "twice baked" sweet potato; 1/2 head butter lettuce, 3/4 oz dried cherries, 1oz bleu cheese, balsamic/mustard/olive oil viniagrette

Ate waaaaaaay over my calories today, but was up since ~ 6:30 this morning & didn't eat really last nite, so I was starved. The awful truth:
Cals: 2065, 83g fat (26g sat, 8g poly, 32g mono), 153g carb, 16g fiber, 151g protein...... :worried:

^^ Although I was way over cals for the day last nite -- my stomach was rumbing before bed so I had:

1/2 oz almonds
1 string cheese

New numbers for Jan 8:
Cals 2213, 94g fat (29g sat, 11g poly, 36g mono), 156g carb, 18g fiber, 161g protein

Dessert: 4 Saltines topped with Almond Butter

Question:

I was reading a calculation where you multiply your weight into Kg then height into cm, etc add it all together with another number then multiply by X depending on how active you are to get cals needed per day to maintain your weight.

Well, based on my current weight, I came up with 2,449 cals per day to maintain. So, if I have any less than that # I guess I'd lose weight?? Is that formula even accurate??

Weighed myself this morning, down 1 pound & I feel "leaner."

Oh, and on my bench press yesterday, was able to add 60lbs to the bar & press for a solid 8 reps..... note: was off the gym for about 1 month from Thanksgiving to Christmas..... so that s/b ~ 100 - 105 lbs!! Yay!! ;)

11:10 am -- Walk to gym ~ 30 mins; Legs; Elliptical 15 min avg. 150-155 HR; Walk home ~ 30 mins

Right after finished elliptical drank: 1 scoop ON protein powder + 1 tsp. sugar mixed with water
