Scrip + 1 serving (3 tblsp) Liquid Gluc/Chondroiten/MSM combo

5:15pm -- 1 Caff Free Diet Pepsi

6:30pm
4oz grilled chicken + 1oz crumbled blue cheese
2 tblsp. Newman's Low Fat Sesame Ginger Dressing
Green Salad with: 4 Romaine Lettuce Leaves, 1/2 cup spinach, radish, cucumber, cauliflower, broccoli, bell pepper

2 PB Nips (still have sugar cravings)

9:30pm
Couple spoonfuls of Crunchy ANPB

Totals: 1669 cals, 75g fat/42% (18g sat/10%, 17g poly/9%, 27g mono/15%), 114g carb/24%, 18g fiber, 141g protein/35%
