I know it's for chest congestion but it does reduce mucus.
 
OK, since I'll be away till Friday -- I can't guarantee I'll post much, but I will have internet access so I'll be reading!!

I am taking workout clothes & running shoes -- and I plan to hit their gym....

1 cup coffee, Splenda, 2 tblsp FF 1/2 & 1/2
2 Egg yolks, 4 egg whites, drizzle olive oil in pan, drizzle ketchup
1/3 cup (dry) oats, Splenda, Cinnamon, Nutmeg, 1 tblsp FF 1/2 & 1/2, made with water
1 glass Crystal Light Sunrise

M2 12:15
1 serving Turkey Chili + 2 tblsp shredded cheese
1 Michelob Ultra (hey! It's football!!)
6 potato chips

M3 ~ 3:30 pm
4 3/8 oz sweet potato fries, ketchup
1/2 Carbdown Flatout bread, 2.5oz steak, 1 slice FF cheese slice, onions & peppers
4 Veggie Gyoza potstickers, 2 tblsp sweet N sour sauce
