Smith Machine Front Squats: 50lbs Added - 3x8; 55lbs Added - 2x8
Seated Calf Raises: 115lbs - 4x10
Seated R-Leg Leg Curl: 40lbs - 1x10, 1x9, 1x8, 1x10

**Did pretty good IMO since I did NOT want to be @ the gym in the first place the whole time I was there, didn't like my workout and felt tired, beat, hungry & just not into it at all......

PWO shake: 1 scoop RecoverX + 1/2 scoop Tropical Punch PP + 1 tsp. creatine + 1 tsp Glut.

Well sort of......trying to cut very very sloooooowly and add some/keep as much muscle as I can.....so changed things up & did 4 days of low carbs & today was high carbs......and either the 4 days of low carbs finally hit me today or the high carbs made me feel worse! LOL

I'm hungry now, but just under 1800 cals and almost too tired to eat....so dunno if I'll eat again or not....may just go to bed....

Ohhhhhhhh I see... yeah I just started up a carb cycle today myself to shed some of this initial BF so we'll see how that goes for me ;) I've heard usually the first day back to a high carb day though makes you feel blah...

Than that's prolly why I feel blah then. I felt better on the low carb days....

Also noticed my fats were only @ 23% so that could have something to do with it.....Plus I was hungry so I ate some PB.....
 
:wavey: Hi all!! Had an impromptu weekend trip away on Friday to play golf in VA, so drove down Fri nite, played golf Sat & Sun and drove back today......eating was, well, not good as I didn't have time to pack meals or to bring snacks, etc on Fri.....
