Edit: had 2 SF hard candies during the walk........and legs have been sore all afternoon as well...and my knee hurts.....

4 oz. cooked chix, spaghetti sauce thinned with veggie broth (it was very very watery)
~ 1.5 cups cooked WW noodles
(I didn't keep the package on these noodles and my custom food in fitday is showing over 500 cals for 2 cups cooked, so I adjusted it down)
