Excerpt: New year, new log!! Need to get back into measuring food/logging as it keeps me honest and I'm noticing my pants are getting tight..... I'm also planning/hoping to do a show on June 16th here in DE - the OCB Diamond State Natural in Figure since I have all the suits & things. Concerns are still my right knee which is still not 100%........And I noticing more over all aches and pains...... Supps will be Glucorell/Levorex/Sesamax, glucosamine/chondroiten/msm, Multi & Vits B & C, calcium

    (Was able to hoist them in the air by myself!! Wrists got weak on the last set)
    Single Arm Bent Over Row: 30lb DB - 5x10*

    Machine Back Exts: 110lbs - 2x10, 125lbs - 1x10

    No spatulas or ice cream scoops? So that probably means a "5 gallon bucket & a shovel" are out of the question for peanut butter huh?


    You were prepping for comp when I joined EF and you won a trophy that's just as tall as you are.

    Glad I could help out! I do the same for myself....I pass a Wawa on the way back to my car from work & always pick up a coffee to throw some pp into when I want to head to the gym right away.

    I do that all the time too!!!! Actually coffee and PP make some of my favorite shakes But just some chocolate PP in coffee makes it taste like a mocha too MMM MMMMM

    OHHHHHHHHHHH I miss Wawa!! They're all in the suburbs....

    My boss drinks coffee all day, so we always have some made......Roons - the cappucino latte PP was delish!
