I think I would leave the peanuts in right along with that meal too! I know it was suggested to me to add a fat in with that meal, that way it will sustain you at the end of your workout too when the glycogen is depleted and you've burnt up the carbs from the day :)

you know I am FULL of ideas :lmao: I think I had about ten listed the last time you PM'd with that question!!!

How is the knee when you do them?

I do them tomorrow I will be lucky to do 20lbs LOL. and yup me in the avi that was at the end of august this year! won't be posing for awhile LOL.

Knee is ok doing them, bothers it a bit cuz of the bar resting on my knee more than doing the lift itself.....


Buns - LOL @ "spatula size"!! We're peas in a pod on that one when it comes to PB!! :p

I would say one to two days right now can't hurt, thats what I am doing anyways, one day long slow distance for 30 min and one day of HIIT for 25 min... and our comps are pretty close to each other ;)
