**Wasn't really hungry all day today but was SO thirsty!!! :drink2: Took me a while to want to eat breakfast cuz I just didn't want to eat....

Coffee (3 pkt splenda, 1 tblsp each FF creamer + FF 1/2 & 1/2)

6 HB egg whites + black pepper

1 pkt regular oatmeal + cinnamon + 1 tblsp. dried cherries

2 Levorex + 2 Sesamax

1/2 cup 1% cott cheese + 1/4 cup crushed pineapple

1.75oz chicken on a TJs LC wrap + 1 tblsp. FF mayo + 1/4 cup coleslaw mix

Multi + Vits B & C

1 oz. peanuts

1 SF hard candy (DRY mouth)

4:15pm - Left work, walked 3 blocks to the gym

**You can tell it's the New Year - there was a gazillion people in the gym; couldn't get a bench or a cable rack :rolleyes:
Actually got chastized by a new gym worker....WTF??

DB Hammer Curls: 15lb DBs - 3x10; 22.5lb DBs - 1x8
Seated Calf Raises: 115lbs - 4x10
Standing O/H DB Tri Exts: 22.5lb DB - 4x6*
*each arm
Standing Calf Raises: 90lbs - 4x12 (toes fwd, toes out, toes in, toes fwd)
BB Curl w/EZ bar: 20lbs added - 1x10, 4x8
Seated Tri Ext machine: 80lbs - 4x10

Cable Underhand Tri Pulldown: 12.5lbs - 1x8, 1x9, 2x8*

1/2 scoop Tropical Punch PP + 1 scoop Recoverex + 1 tsp. Glutamine

Salad: 3.5 oz chicken, lettuce, beets, pepper, celery, radish, tomato
2.5 tblsp. Honey Mustard dressing thinned with vinegar

1 svg. liquid Gluc/chon/msm

**Water: 1 (16.9 oz) bottle green tea + 5 (16.9 oz) bottles water + 1/2 gallon jug water
 
Workout lookin good there hun!!!!
How come no pre workout protein??? Thought you had asked for suggestions before and was wondering why the switch to just peanuts?

Like what?

I had a turkey burger + green beans which was my planned pre-workout meal but I just wasn't hungry & couldn't really bring myself to eat it....so I had the peanuts to just eat *something* basically.....

Ahhhh gotcha ;) I didn't see the planned meal there so was just wondering why there wasn't anything LOL curious minds wanted to know thats all :)

Yeah I don't type out what I plan, just what I DO..... ;)

The turkey burger/green beans will be for lunch tomorrow.....Any other ideas tho lemme know.....
