They are free weight but I only go parallel. I really should lower the weight a little and go all the way down.

Just 6 but that was my last set so I know I could probably do much more than that. You and your hubby are so supportive. Thanks!!!

I can only DREAM of doing 6 reps at 100lbs!! SOMEDAY SOON, believe you me, I will!! ;)
