its been a while, i have results!

Excerpt: Hey everybody, Im back. I have made significant improvements. I am now at 11% fat, by caliper. I am losing some weight though, I hope its just fat. My strength has increased greatly. I just started on 4 sets of eight last week, it took some time with the light weights to get the muscles to handle the weight increase. So my total fat loss over 8 weeks is about 7% and I reached my first goal, now its time for 6%. Wish me luck.. thanks again to everyone who helped me so far. (all

    Congratulations Slither!

    It's hard reducing your bodyfat without losing too much muscle when you're natural(I know from experience). I hope you reach your next goal. Good luck!
