your meal 5 is 40g of carbs not 30g....1/3C of oatmeal is 20g of carbs.

Yes.. thats right!! .. I actually ended up not even having the oatmeal, I just stuck with the yams.. :p

Cardio: 40 mins on incline @ normal walking pace (empty stomach)

FAT LOAD BEGINS:

Meal 1 7:15am: 3 oz. chicken w/ 1/2 cup of oatmeal = 20g protein & 30g carbs = 200 calories

Meal 2 9:30am: 4 oz. ground turkey w/ 1 cup of asparagus = 30g protein, 8g fat, 10g fiber =232 calories

10:30am: 2 cups of coffee and a handful of fiber one cereal :p

**Holy crap I am already half way through the first gallon ;) .. Cool**

Meal 6 9:00pm: 4 oz Salmon

10:00pm: Sleep :verygood:

No Cardio

Wake 7:00am

Meal 1 7:30am: 1/2 cup of oatmeal w/ 3 oz of chick

Meal 2 10:00am: 4 oz ground turkey w/ 1 cup of asparagus

Meal 3 12:00pm: 3 oz yam, 3 oz of chick & 1/2 cup of asparagus

**Almost done with the 1st gallon** only 2 more to go ;)

Thanks Ishchia... I WAS going to ask you how things went with your BF, as you mentioned him returning home etc... however I found the few days laps in posting from ya self-explanatory :verygood:


BTW - You're drinking 3 Gallons of water up until the day of your comp?? If so, I'm curious as to why your trainer suggested this...Sorry if I missed the post previously...
