Yes this is what he told me, but again he said only prep comp, because carbs are low, well mine are anyway.

What size portion are you having?

Well I dont carb cycle anymore b/c it was established that it does not work for so i fat load.. but days that I fat load the carb intake goes down.. so days that I fat load I take in between 75-90g of carbs and days that I dont have any fats what so ever my carb intake goes up to 90-110 g.. no more than that!!

But its working.. i have been dropping weight like crazy.. the fluctuation in the calorie intake on those days is so drastic that it tricks the body to tap into fat storages!!! Its great!!!..

Days that i fat load my calories are around 1300-1400 and days that I take out the fat it goes down to 1100-1200 calories a day..

Hey all!!! What a wonderful day I am having so far.. except for the fact that I am always starving!!! :chomp: My boyfriend brought me roses & lilys today at work!!! He is the best!!!

Okay back to work.. Here is the schedule for today.. ONLY 11 MORE DAYS ;) woot woot!!! and I am feeling good!!!

June 29th (Fat Unload)

Wake: 5:45am

6:20am: Cardio ( walk @ incline)
1 Glucorell


7:30am Meal 1: 3 oz. chick w/ ½ cup of oatmeal =20g protein, 30g carbs,1g fat = 209 calories

9:30am Meal 2: 1 cup of asparagus, 3 oz. sweet potato & 3 oz chick: 20g carbs, 10g fiber, 20g protein = 200 calories

10:15am: 2 cups of coffee

11:45am: 1 Glucorell

** Completed 1st gallon of water**

12:00pm Meal 3: 1 cup of asparagus, 3 oz. sweet potato & 3 oz chick & 2 fish oils: 20g carbs, 10g fiber, 20g protein, 2g fat = 218 calories

2:00pm: 30 min abs

2:45pm: 1 glucorell

3:00pm Meal 4: 3 oz. chick w/ 3 oz. sweet potato & 2 fish oils = 20g carbs, 20g protein, 2g fat = 178 calories

5:00pm: LEGS

6:15pm Meal 5: 3 oz. chicken, 1/3 cup of oatmeal & 3 oz sweet potato = 20g protein, 30g carbs = 200 calories


Meal 6 (9:00pm): 4 oz Salmon = 30g protein, 9g fat = 201 calories

Total Caloric Intake: 1206 calories
Total: Carbs: 110g, Fiber: 20g, Protein: 130g, Fat: 13g

when are you cutting water and how?

right now at 5 days out your should be bloated! It's for the best I promise.

3gallons today, 3 gallons tomorrow & 3 gallons Thursday.. cutting water completely by Friday.. ;)

No carb cycling.. just fat cycling and keeping the carbs at a norm.. I am sure I am adding more carbs on friday.. Dont know yet.. I meet with my trainer today to discuss this... He is taking a look at me today..

Meal 6 9:00pm: 5 oz. of Cod :p
