Okay I am posting late but that is only b/c today I skipped work and concentrated on getting myself better, so this morning I slept in!! ;)

Here is the menu for today and all i can say is the increase in fats is making a huge difference. My tummy hurts a little bit but I think its because its not use to getting fats from meat!!

Wake: 7:45am Multi Vitamin & Vitamin C Tab

8:20 am: Cardio: Arc Trainer Intervals 30 minutes: Calories Burned: 400

9:00am: 1 Glucorell

9:15am Meal 1: 1/3 cup of Oatmeal w/ 2 teaspoons of glutamine & 4 oz. Chicken = 15g carbs, 30g protein= 180 calories

10:00am: 1 fish oil capsule & 1 vitamin C tab

11:15am Meal 2: 4 oz ground turkey w/ 1 cup of asparagus & 1 fish oil= 30g protein, 10g fiber carbs, 8g fat=232 calories

1:30pm: 1 glucorell & 25mg ephedrine

2:00pm Meal 3: 3 oz. sweet potato & 4 oz. chicken & 1 fish oil = 30g protein, 20g carbs = 200 calories

4:00pm Meal 4: 4 oz ground turkey w/ 1 cup of asparagus = 30g protein, 10g fiber carbs, 8g fat=232 calories

5:00pm: Weight Train:Legs Heavy (fast pace)

6:30pm: 1 Glucorell

7:00pm Meal 5: 4 oz. chicken w/ 1/2 cup of oatmeal: 30g carbs, 30g protein =240 calories

10:00pm: 4 oz. Tilapia

Total Caloric Intake: 1312 calories
Total protein: 180g protein, 65g carbs, 20g fiber carbs, 30g fat

** Good news is I no longer have a soar throat, bad news is now my sinus' are acting up.. I am so congested so I am overloading on the vitamin C & glutamine and taking decongestants... However, it is getting better :qt: !! Only 3 weeks & 3 days out!!!..

Didnt get up to do cardio b/c I was very tired and just needed to sleep so I did.. Here is the menu, the same as yesterday.. Legs are killing me today and that makes me very happy.. i really gave it all i got!! .. The soar throat is gone, but I am still a bit stuffy making hard to breathe through my nose.. its going away slowly but surely..

I am also drinking 3 gallons of water :spit: today, tomorrow and Saturday and then dropping it back to 1 gallon on Sunday.. my trainer wants to see if this will manipulate the body to drop water.. lets see.. trial and error better to try it now before the week of the show..Its 11:30am and I m almost done with the 1st gallon.. :dance2:

6:00pm: 1 Glucorell

6:15pm Meal 5: 4 oz. chicken w/ 1/2 cup of oatmeal: 30g carbs, 30g protein =240 calories

9:00pm: 4 oz. Cod

Total Caloric Intake: 1312 calories
Total protein: 180g protein, 65g carbs, 20g fiber carbs, 30g fat
 
If you have a stuffy nose -- try those Breathe Right strips....they come in clear so they won't be extremely noticable & they really work!! When my allergies act up I wear them during cardio so I can breathe!!

I am back!!!!... I feel 100% BETTER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!... ;)

I am so psyched everyone, i guess the increase in fats, glutamine, and the 10 different types of decongestions worked!! lol.. I got up today at 5:45am with no problems!!! Today works out to be an off day also!!
Here are the eats!! Notice how the shakes and artificial sweetners are out!!! Its been rough but tomorrow marks 3 WEEKS OUT!!!!

Wake: 5:45 am: 1 multi vitamin

6:30am: Cardio: Arc Trainer intervals 40 mins: 530 calories burned

7:15am: 1 Glucorell

7:30am: Meal 1: ½ cup of oatmeal w/ 4oz. chicken: 30g protein, 27g carbs = 228 calories

9:00am: 1 Glucorell

9:30am:Meal 2: ½ sweet potato & 4 oz. chicken & 1 fish oil = 30g protein, 20g carbs, 1 g fat = 209 calories

10:00am: Coffee w/ non dairy creamer =30 calories

11:45am: 1 Glucorell

12:00pm: Meal 3: 2 oz sweet potato w/ 1 cup of string beans & 4 oz. chicken & 1 fish oil = 30g protein, 10g fiber carbs, 10g carbs, 1 gram fat =209 calories

3:00pm: Meal 4: 4 oz. Cod w/ 1 cup of string beans & 1 fish oil= 30g protein, 10g fiber carbs, 3 g fat = 160 calories

5:45pm: 1 Glucorell

6:00pm:Meal 5: 1/3 cup of oatmeal w/ 4 oz. of chicken & 1 fish oil= 15g carbs & 30g protein, 1 g fat = 180 calories

8:15pm: Might go do abs for 30 mins not sure yet..

9:00pm: Meal 6: 5 oz. Cod = 35g protein, 2g fat = 158 calories

Total Caloric Intake: 1200 calories

** A note to everyone.. COD is delicious, I prefer it over tilapia and it has the least amount of fat!!! ***

I'm a big fan of orange roughie on the grill myself ! Tilapia is ok but gets boring...
