8:30: chick & string bean salad
9:30pm : Sleep... woke up at 11pm and couldnt go back to sleep until 2am

9:30 : 45 mins of cardio
10:30am: protein shake w/ 2 thermos.

11:30am: 5 whites, 1 yolk & 1/3 cup of oatmeal
2:30pm: grilled chick salad :p
4pm: biceps and triceps (shitty workout not enough calories by this point)
5:30pm: Shake w/ 4oz yam
7:30pm: fish
 
Okay here is the deal... I fell off the wagon, I got sick on Wednesday night and trained like a maniac and well guess what happened, I woke up barely able to move my legs, my sinus all congested and a very very heavy period :worried: ... so I ate all day Thursday and today and slept my ass off... I am bloated as hell and can not fit into any of my jeans :worried: I am hoping this is all menstrual related..

Anyhow, I feel a lot better after eating and sleeping all day... but I look like shit... :worried: I plan to go back into the gym tomorrow... Cant wait, I really want to tear up those weights... ;)

Hope you feel better! Don't stress out too much, tomorrow is a new day. I know it doesn't help much, but it is true. :)
 
Que & CK: Feeling a lot better, still a little congested just loading up on advil sinus and drinking plenty of water mixed with "airborne" the stuff tastes like shit but works wonders!!!!

Okay all I know i havent posted in a while but I began training agin on Saturday and eating clean however the below menu was for today so here it goes:

March 22nd

Wake: 7 am 2 cardio breezes
7:30am: 1 hour of cardio walking & running on incline: 650 calories burned
9am: 2 scoops pp & 1/3 cup of oatmeal
10am: 5 whites & 1/4 cup of oatmeal with fiber one cereal sprinkled on top :p
1:30pm: Grilled chick salad w/ balsamic vingr & oil
4pm: 4 oz chick, 4 oz yam 3 oz avocado & 1/2 cup of broccoli
5pm: back & shoulders
6pm: post workout shake
8pm: 1 cup of ff cottage cheese
10pm: 4 oz of tilapia
11pm: Sleep...

I am exhausted all, I hope i have time to post tomorrow it is going to be a long day...

Wow one hour of cardio, take it easy if you are still not feeling up to par! I have a hard time getting 30 minutes.

Glad your feeling better!
