Ischia's Log 2006

Hi Guys...

Sorry havent posted in like forever but work has been busy.... Anyhow here was yesterdays stats:

Wake: 8am- 2 cardio breezes

8:30am: 1 hour cardio walking on incline burned 725 calories then went straight into my shoulder workout....

10:45ammeal 1: post work out shake 2 scoops of whey 1/4 cup of blueberries & mango slices, ice & water.. 2 rice cakes w/ 1 tbspn anpb... ( i was still hungry so I threw those in there),.

1:00pm meal 2: 3 oz grilled chick w/ 1 cup of smashed broccoli & 4 oz yam

4:00pm meal 3: same as meal 2

7:00pm meal 4: same as meal 2 but no yam

10:00pm: Went to a bbq had grilled shark and salad ;)

** I saw the request for recipes and I will post them in the cooking thread later on this week***

So how was the shark? Never had it, but always wanted to try it.
 
Ischia's got some good stuff in the works right now, she if going to have a much improved look on Oct 21 for her next show.

Very very very goooooooooooood..... especially w/a big salad and some freshly squeezed lemons.... ;)
