Yes, it is great for fat-loss and endurance.
Take 200-400mg about 30-45 minutes before you workout.
You can use a 1ml insulin syringe with 29g needle. You can take either IM or SUBq, but I'd go with IM. It's a tiny needle, you probably won't feel it, and most carnitine is in a water solution, so there is no pain while injecting or post injection pain.

It sounds like you are trying to lose weight so it makes sense to not use steroids. They are not fat burners and would have no benefit for you. What you want is something like Cardarine with N2Slin.
