Increasing metabolism

Excerpt: I am 5'9", 175 lbs, work out twice a week doing only cardio, and have a pretty good diet of fruits + vegetables, and other low calorie foods. My question is does anyone know any good supplements to suppress appetite or increase metabolism? Thanks to all that read this.

    n2slin before meals and cardarine are 2 great fat loss products

    you don't need to 'increase metabolism' to lose fat. did you know most fat people have fast metabolisms and skinny people have slow metabolisms. the whole metabolism thing is bro science.

    One of the best ways to increase metabolism is to add weight training to your routine. This will bring up your base calorie needs as you add muscle to your frame.
