Improving my Pull-Ups

Excerpt: What is your recommendation for improving my Pull-Ups. Right now I can do 12 and I've been stuck doing this many for the past 6 months with no improvements. A year ago I can only do about 5. How many can you guys do and how can I improve as fast as possible

    Improving my Pull-Ups

    What is your recommendation for improving my Pull-Ups. Right now I can do 12 and I've been stuck doing this many for the past 6 months with no improvements. A year ago I can only do about 5. How many can you guys do and how can I improve as fast as possible

    I use the pull up machine at the gym so I can add some support and do more, once I get to 100 pull ups with weight I decrease the help
    im up to 50 pull ups natural now

    i start off every workout with pullups even leg days. also monkey bars are awesome

    Looks like you are not training hard, if no change in 6 month. Start training harder, add weights and add one extra pull up per week

    Don't be hard on yourself....try to naturally increase it...even increasing 1-2 every month is fine...

    Try some other back/bicep exercises and train for strength
