im back at the gym! please give me some tips..

after a month of back ache i finally went to the gym last night! it was like visiting a long lost friend...i wanted to hug the machines! hehehe

i took it easy..making sure I wasnt hurting my back. I basically halved the weights (in terms of pounds) and it was actually still a challenge!:( i am a weakling!!

are there any exercises I should avoid?? I really dont want to stuff up my back agaiN!

o...also, i got on the scales this morning and have lost weight?! im now 46.5kg?? what is going on? i thought starting weights would make me put on a little weight...hhmmm..

on an ending note; its sooo good to have sore muscles again - in the right places that is!:D
 
My only response is to your weight loss. I know that when I take time off from the gym, my appetite decreases considerably and I lose weight judging by a scale. That could be what caused your weight loss.:)
