I started running recently

I recently started running and was averaging 6 min a km and I was wondering what you guys might recommend to cut down this time significantly. I know I’m a beginner but I’m keen to get better as soon as possible. Thanks for any help guys!
 
Just keep training and you will get better. I like cardarine and stenabolic from esarms.com to really give my cardio a huge boost.
 
different people react to different training styles for running especially

you want to setup a program that includes LSD (long slow distance), tempo running, interval training and then also get some running buddies who are near your level to run with
