    I dont sweat alot is that bad?

    For some reason I dont sweat alot compared to other people and I am not sure if thats a good thing or not? I have heard sweating is a very healthy thing so im a little concerned ?

    Not everyone sweats profusely. I am personally same type of guy. I just don't sweat that much.

    Nah man. I dont sweat a lot either. Never have. I even work in a plant that is 120 to 130 degrees and I dont sweat half as much as other people. Its genetics. No big deal at all.
