Excerpt: maybe I'm making this too complicated or harder than it has to be, but I'm excited to run my first steroid cycle with anavar oxandrolone. My question is those of you who have used it as females would I still be able to train cardio and weights on the same day or would I need to split them for best results or does it not matter and steroids don't affect it either way

How to train when on steroids for females

really the only changes that i do on cycle is i like to do more drop sets to enjoy that extra pump

if you take steroids you need to train more and do more cardio
please dont use more than anavar and sarms, never use strong steroids dangerous

bro my ex did other steroids, grew moustache, think you got point here

You will notice your strength up so you should push a little more while on cycle

Nothing needs to change as such. What worked before works better after.

Keep the same mindset wether you are on or off. Always push for intensity in the gym

You will be able to push harder so you should increase effort.

You don't necessarily have to change anything but you will be able to train heavier and harder as you go.
