    I wanted to know what the average amount of days a week I should aim to be working out? Do you think have one day on one day off would be a good routine ?

    i'm a big fan of split routines. put a 3-5 day split in place and workout that many days a week. that will work just fine. you can add abs and other core exercises in more often

    Yes it would.
    It's ok and also good.
    For me, everything between 3-6 days a week work just fine.
