Excerpt: What do you all think is a good amount of days to focus on lifting. I have a busy schedule but I feel 3-4 days is what i can do. Can I get good results from that?

    What do you all think is a good amount of days to focus on lifting. I have a busy schedule but I feel 3-4 days is what i can do. Can I get good results from that?

    no reason to lift more than 4 days a week

    the other days you should be doing yoga, and other activities. but weight training doesn't need to be daily to get results. your gains are out of the gym

    Most people will get the best results weight training 4-6 days per week
