Hi guys I wonder how many cycles of anavar of 10 mg daily dose can a female do without having major side effects thank you.

Everyone is different. 10mg a day is a low dose. Some women will make little to some progress. some people run 6-12 week cycles on, 6-12 weeks off cycle.. with little to no sides..
i know some women who had good results at 10mg a day, others took up to 60mg a day..... most women that i know take between 20mg - 40mg a day. The sides are all different on each person, some women has sides at 5mg, others started seeing sides above 30mg a day.
Some women love the sides, some dislike the sides.

Hi, I'm a 28F. I have done many cycles 20mg-60mg a day.. We all react different.. My ON cycle last about 8-16 weeks, my off cycle is about 8 weeks.
How many weeks are you planning to take 10mg a day? Some women will take 10mg for 8 weeks, others may run it longer... Others will increase the dosage. Most women I know run about 20mg-40mg for 8-12 weeks. OFF CYCLE 8 weeks. .. The average person will run 2-3 cycles in a year..

Given the usual length of cycles etc. Two.
Two 8-10 week cycles per year is what I recommend for my clients. Three at the absolute max.
Remember your health. It's something you don't appreciate until its gone. You might not be experiencing emasculating side effects but steroids put a lot of strain on your heart, kidneys, cholesterol levels etc.

I like the idea of 2-3 per year. You want to give your body enough time off to properly recover.
