Excerpt: How long do you recommend I stay in the sauna for to get good results ? I average about 4-5 minutes before I have to go outside. Should I aim for more sessions with longer breaks?

    you should not stay in the sauna a long time. 15 minutes is the absolute max

    I mean you can challenge yourself and try to beat your time but there is no need to go too far make sure you feel good throughout.

    I enjoy a nice relaxing sauna here and there. No more than 10-15 minutes though.

    There is no real rule. The main benefit to the sauna is that it helps you relax. Go however long you enjoy.

    I personally like around 10 minutes
