I just had a baby 2 months ago so it's been about seven or eight weeks. I was in the hospital for about 2 days and then discharged. It went pretty well there wasn't many complications
that was my first child. I was wondering how long do you wait until you steroids afterwards

I wouldn’t recommend steroids. A sarms stack would be the much safer option.

I wouldn't rush it. It can take up to 2 years for some to have their hormone levels to return to normal after giving birth.
