Yep that's usually the case... but man, when that carb load comes... it's a beautiful thing!

Just a comment which may be irrelevant during depletion time, but on the rear poses make sure to flex the shit out of the leading calf (the one facing the judge). Somehow if there's one part of the pose that isn't as tight as the rest or shows the same conditioning as the rest (even if its just in the pose itself and not the actual development) it kills the whole shot.

Yea, we've got her posing girl coming Friday to go over some issues. She has been twisting too much and is having to work on arching her back more to get her glutes out there. Her hips got very developed and throws things off if she doesn't stick her glutes out! She was cramping from all the sodium yesterday so posing was hard....

Back to HT. She's working on 2% brain capacity with the carb depleting. Now enjoying steamed and boiled chicken only basically. She's small, flat and bloated from all the salt. Here's a shot from last night. Her diet trainer said to expect to look like shit till at least Thurs night.

The ass stridations are just so darn cute - her personality comes throught in her smile I'm guessing - if so you are even luckier than I thought!

Back to you..... how do you maintain the size in your Avatar w/out being able to train?

20yrs of dealing with injury taught me many variations. I will go to the gym no matter how injured I am, even if I lift a 5lb db! Seriously. For example, I can't flat bench 135 correctly! So I'll get help racking it, (my pain is at lock out) then bench the bottom half only. I can also reverse bench ok, (no impingment on my Acromion). Sometimes I have to go realy light and super high rep, really slow reps, whatever it takes to work the muscle. I also have not had extended times out of the gym. I have had many rollarcoaster rides from 160lbs to 215lbs between injuries. I weigh between 205 and 215 now and can't get heavier without serious leg training that i'm incapable of. Having a wife that loves fitness helps also!

Her ass does not look human when she is naked and flexes it! There is no way you can pinch skin anywhere. It's funny....

One more day and she gets carbs! We may actually start the carb up tonight, it all depends. Poor girl is certainly hating life. Yesterday her meals consisted of 2.5 lbs of steamed chicken. Yum.... I made some steamed shrimp last night to give her a change. She's flat and tiny but getting pretty tight already. So were confident she's going to be where we want on Sat. She was under 113lbs this AM, was around 120 on Monday! Here's a few from last night....

I bet - it's amazing how lean she is on her backside - don't most women hold BF there?

She is amazing bro - her diedication is just sick. I love it. ANd best of wishes on staying injury free for years to come. Any squatting in sight for you?

Oh yea. Just time. I started doing easy leg stuff, just can't squat. I also never stopped training hams. Also not liking that I have to buy fat boy pants when I squat.
