Hoteacher's road to show number three.

So she's formally committed to a show Sept 15. Were sitting at 12 weeks out right now and have a much better foundation than she did before her last prep. Here's some 12 weeks out pics taken yesterday. Since we learned it's easy for her to cut, we are going to try to put some size on for the first half or so then diet only as needed. Her diet will be clean, just fairly high in cals and carbs. Were likely looking at 2500 - 3000 cals ed. Our primary focuss is getting some leg size and to bring the lats out a bit. Her arms and delts will grow without us focussing on them. Tonight we sit down and formulate a plan. Just wanted to get these first pics up......
