Have any of you experienced hot yoga before? Would you recommend it to women over the age of 50?
hot yoga can be practiced by anyone no matter the age
if you are not in good shape i would not jump into bikram hot yoga, that will be too intense for you. start out with basic yoga and work your way up
even the most seasoned athletes would not survive a 90 minute bikram session, and yes most guys on here would not make it through without having to stop
Now taking clients for 1 on 1 consults via skype. contact me I can help you

If you have heart problems I would reconsider hot yoga. Maybe start in regular yoga or try to sit in a sauna to experience the heat. First time was tough for me.
I was gonna make a sexual joke but instead just listen to Stevepardon my manners
