    Multi?
    fish oil?
    probiotic?


    etc....

    I just cut out food. I use those sort of things all the time.

    Supplements don't change....your diet, cardio, & training change

    supplements won't help with fat loss and you don't need to compensate

    Cardarine is something I would use in a cut. Pretty much everything else stays the same.
