Healthy estrogen levels in women

As far as I know, estrogen is very related to fatlevels, so if a woman will lose too much fat by working out, howhealthy is it? Will it affect my estrogen levels? Thanks

Well, the reduced amount of bodyfat may indeed lead to a decreased level of estrogen, but it is impossible to predict just how much lower will your estrogen be. Most probably the reduction will go completely unnoticed. If this issue got you very concerned, you may as well get a blood work done in order to have objective figures.

Estrogen is not something you want high and not something you want low. You want it right in the normal range.

If you suspect you might have high estrogen levels, you need to get blood work done to know for sure.

High estrogen levels can cause fat gain but it could also be a thyroid issue, nutrient deficiency etc. You need to get blood work done to know for sure what is going on.

As you lose fat your body will adjust. We are very adaptive. If you are not taking anything to cause hormone levels to change then your body will be able to make the necessary adjustments on its own.
